If you have ever been to Southern California, you may have noticed the over abundance of pools in Orange County. You may be asking yourself, there has to be some reason for this outside of the fact that Orange County has blissfully nice weather. Because if anyone knows anything about Orange County, outside of the TV show “The O.C.”, it is that Orange County has amazing weather. If I could live anywhere in the world during the winter, ok, scratch that, if I could live anywhere in the continental United States from October through March, it would be Orange County.

But, why are there so many pools in Orange County? Well, first, because people are wealthy there. It just comes with the territory. If you can afford to have a house there, you can afford to have a pool there. Also, people down there like to show off how wealthy they are. If they are not showing off their wealth with Gucci and Prada, they are showing it off with a totally tricked out pool. Mostly they do this because anyone can have some designer handbags, but a pool is a bigger statement of wealth. So get a pool.
